The easiest (and most creative!) party you’ll ever plan!
Let us help you host a fun, stress-free jewelry-making party for your friends, family, or co-workers. Beading parties are social, relaxing, and often less expensive than a night out — plus, everyone leaves with a handmade keepsake!
Bring your own snacks and beverages (yes, adult beverages are welcome!) and enjoy a creative, hands-on experience together.
When your group arrives, our staff will guide you through:

- 💎 Selecting beads, cords, and findings
- 🧰 Using our tools and jewelry-making techniques
You’ll have seating at our Gem Bar, a dedicated instructor, and full access to our tools and materials. For inspiration, visit aworldofbeads.com and click on Project Ideas to see examples of projects and techniques.
Your group can explore thousands of beads — though time allows for one or two techniques per party (ex. straight-strung necklace or bracelet with a clasp / stack of stretchy bracelets).
Pricing & Details
$38 per person for a two-hour party
Includes:
- At least one instructor
- $20 in beads and supplies
- Use of tools and materials
Group size: 5–8 guests at the Gem Bar (additional seating available at small tables).
Our staff can help you stay within the $20 supply budget, or you’re welcome to visit ahead of time to preselect your materials.
Guests who choose to go over the $20 budget can simply pay the difference at checkout.
Deposit: $190 (covers 5 attendees) is required to reserve your date.
If each guest pays individually, the organizer’s deposit can be refunded at the party.
Payment: Class fee of $38 per person is due 48 hours before the party.
Instructors are scheduled based on confirmed attendance, so refunds are not available within 48 hours of your event. Attendees who can’t make it last-minute will receive their $20 in supplies.
Cancellation Policy
Classes and parties may be cancelled or adjusted for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice.
