Beading Parties (Private group parties)
$34 per person includes:
- At least two instructors
- $20 in beads and supplies
- Use of our tools
- Design assistance
- Technique instructions
A deposit of $170 is required to book the party. The deposit can be refunded at the time of the party so guests can pay separately.
When your group arrives, our staff will walk your group through the process of selecting the handmade project, beads, cords, and findings.
We provide seating at our design table, your class instructor, and use of our tools.
Your group can select from thousands of beads, however time only permits the teaching of one or two techniques.
PRICING
The adult party price is $34.00 per adult two-hour party. This includes at least one instructor and $20 in project supplies of your choice. Pricing is based on a group size of a minimum of five to a maximum of eight at our design table. Additional seating is available at small tables.
Should you choose, our staff will help you stay within a $20 supply budget. You are also welcome to come in prior to class date to select project supplies.
Anyone choosing to go over the $20 project budget will simply be charged accordingly at checkout.
If the group organizer is paying the $170.00 deposit for five adult attendees, we can refund the organizer and then charge each person the day of the class.
Class and party fee of $34.00 per person is due one week before the party. We schedule your instructor at this time and can’t refund within 48 hours of class date. Attendees who can’t make it at the last minute will receive their $20 in supplies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit/payments are fully refundable if your chosen time and date is unavailable or up to 48 hours of class date. No refunds thereafter.
