Cancellation/Refund Policy: Party fees paid are non-refundable once exactly one week out. If you need to cancel, we will issue a store gift card in the amount of the fees paid. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or any other reasons.
