Please be aware that we DO NOT accept returns on anything.
Once you have purchased something from either of our stores, it is yours. So we ask that you pick your items carefully.
If you are matching something, you are more than welcome to bring that item in with you. If you are bringing loose beads in with you we ask that you show them to an assistant before you start shopping.
There are a few exceptions that we will exchange an item; such as a defective bead (incorrectly drilled hole). You must bring the defective item in with you when you exchange it.
We are not responsible for items purchased and left on the counter. We are also not responsible for personal items left at the stores.
Children are more than welcome in our shops; BUT parents MUST keep an eye on them at all times. We are not a child-proofed store. If your child makes a mess or is disturbing other customers, you may be asked to leave and/or to pay for any damage done by your child.
