Merchandise Returns and Refunds
Please select your beads carefully for they cannot be returned once they leave the store. This assures that all beads are sold in perfect condition.
If you are matching something, you are more than welcome to bring that item in with you. If
you are bringing loose beads in with you we ask that you check them in at the counter before
you start shopping.
There are a few exceptions such as a tool purchased that are still in original container and if not a bead, cut cord/chain/wire or special order, please ask at checkout if it is returnable.
CLASS REFUND POLICY (Hyde Park store.513-871-5600)
Make sure you receive a reply confirmation from World of Beads with email communication.
Class size is limited and students are turned away once class in full therefore, we must receive notice of cancellation 4-days prior to class date allowing time to advertise available space and to refund your class fee in-full.
(Please note that WOB policy does not apply to David Smith
2-day metalsmithing class. Refer to his website for policy).
Cancellations less than 4-days will go on the wait list to transfer to a future class and not refundable. You are always welcome to send someone in your place.
No Shows on day of class forfeits class fee paid and class is not rescheduled. As mom said, “There is no excuse for not calling”.
In the event that a class doesn't meet the minimum number of students,
World of Beads will cancel the class 48 hours prior to the class time and
all students will be notified, and class fee refunded or students can opt to move to the next convenient date.
