At World of Beads, we want each student to get the proper instructions
and attention. So we keep our classes small. In order to register for any
class, full payment must be made at time of sign up. You must
register, at the latest, by noon the day before the desired class. Classes
fill up fast so the sooner you can register, the better.
To register, simply stop into the location the class is being held at and
ask to be signed up. Or you may call and sign up over the phone using
a credit card. If supplies are needed for the class, we ask that you
purchase your materials prior to the class; so that class can start on
time. If you don't have time to select your materials, the instructor can
provide ready made kits. Most students come in 30 minutes early to pick
out the necessary supplies; or as they are signing up for the class.
Please be aware that class refunds are not given. Three days
notice is required if you cannot attend the selected class. At that time
you may move to a different date or send someone in your place; without
any penalties. If you don't give three days notice, there is a $5.00 fee to
move to a different date.
In the event that a class doesn't meet the minimum number of students,
World of Beads will cancel the class 24 hours prior to the class time and
all students will be notified, and moved to the next convenient date.
